The “Deployable Communications Capabilities Systems” (DCCS) support task order was competitively awarded by Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground through the Army Global Tactical Advanced Communications Systems and Services (GTACS) II multiple award contract vehicle.

The DCCS program provides deployable communications support to USNORTHCOM which commands and controls all DoD operations in the North American continent where communications interoperability between the military and civil response forces is critical to mission success. The DCCS suite provides the connectivity for DoD and civil responders to support Homeland Defense, civil support, and disaster relief operations with communications transport systems services, unified communications capabilities, collaboration tools, and common operational picture tools.
